What’s included
Everything your business needs from a phone system.
VoIP phone systems do far more than make calls. In fact, a well-configured SIP/VoIP system can replace multiple communication tools at once — at a fraction of the cost.
Voice Calls & Auto-Attendant
Professional inbound and outbound calling is set up from the start. In addition, auto-attendant menus route callers to the right person or department automatically — so your business always sounds the part, even with a small team.
Video Conferencing
Face-to-face meetings no longer require everyone in the same room. As a result, your team can hold video calls directly through the VoIP system — without the need for separate subscriptions or third-party tools.
Instant Messaging
Internal messaging is built into the system, so your team can communicate quickly without switching between apps. Furthermore, message history is retained and searchable — which means important conversations are never lost.
Mobile & Remote Access
Staff can make and receive calls on their office number from any device — phone, laptop or tablet — regardless of where they’re working. Consequently, remote and hybrid teams stay connected without any extra complexity.
Calling Plans
Pay As You Go or Unlimited — you choose what fits.
Both plans run on a reliable SIP trunking network. Moreover, switching between plans is straightforward if your needs change over time.
PAY AS YOU GO
PAYG Plan
The right choice for businesses with lower or variable call volumes. You only pay for what you use — which means no wasted spend on minutes your team doesn’t need.
- Pay only for calls made and received
- Ideal for low or unpredictable call volumes
- No lock-in to a monthly minute bundle
- Scale lines up or down at any time
- Full critical information summary available
MOST POPULAR
Unlimited Plan
A flat monthly rate with unlimited standard calls — so your team can pick up the phone without worrying about the bill. Particularly well-suited to busy offices with high call volumes.
- Unlimited standard Australian calls included
- Predictable, fixed monthly cost
- Ideal for high-volume or customer-facing teams
- Scale lines up or down at any time
- Full critical information summary available
Note: Unlimited plans are not permitted for telemarketing, cold-calling, auto-dialling, robocalls, continuous call forwarding, reselling, or telehealth use. Please refer to the critical information summary for full terms.

FAQ
Common questions
What is a VoIP phone system and how does it work?
VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. In simple terms, it means your phone calls are made over an internet connection rather than a traditional phone line. As a result, call costs are significantly lower and the system is far more flexible than legacy PSTN or ISDN setups.
Do we need to replace all our existing phones?
Not necessarily. Many existing handsets can be adapted for use with a VoIP system. In other cases, software-based phones (called softphones) can be installed on computers or mobile devices instead. During the initial consultation, we assess what you already have and recommend the most cost-effective approach.
Can staff use their existing phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. Number porting allows your existing business phone numbers to be transferred across to the new VoIP system. This means your customers and contacts continue calling the same numbers — with no disruption to inbound calls.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Internet reliability is an important consideration. However, most modern VoIP setups include failover options — for example, calls can be automatically diverted to a mobile number if the main connection drops. We discuss contingency options as part of every installation so your business isn’t left without a phone line.
Which plan is right for us — PAYG or Unlimited?
That depends on how your team uses the phone. Generally speaking, Pay As You Go suits businesses with lower or variable call volumes, while Unlimited plans work better for customer-facing teams with high daily call activity. During the consultation, we review your usage and recommend accordingly.
What areas do you service?
On-site installation and support covers Melbourne’s South-East, including Rowville, Knox, Dandenong, Casey, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Clyde North, Berwick, Narre Warren, Warragul, Emerald and the Yarra Ranges. In addition, remote support is available Australia-wide. Call us if you’re unsure whether we cover your area.
